Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to CRG Media Ltd., including all of its subsidiaries, affiliates, and properties — among them colingreig.ca (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"). It is guided by the principles set out in British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and applies to personal information that we collect, use, or disclose in the course of our commercial activities.

It does not include business contact information (such as your name, title, business address, business telephone number, or business email) used solely for the purpose of communicating with you in your professional capacity, nor does it include "work product" as defined under PIPA.

We follow the ten privacy principles that form the foundation of PIPA:

8. Openness. We make information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information readily available to individuals.
9. Individual Access. Upon request, we will inform an individual of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information and provide access to that information, subject to limited exceptions permitted by law.
10. Challenging Compliance. An individual may address a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to the designated individual at CRG Media Ltd..

When you visit colingreig.ca, we may collect limited information automatically — such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed — for the purposes of operating, securing, and improving the site.

If you contact us directly (for example, by email), we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message, so we can respond.

We may use third-party analytics, hosting, and infrastructure providers to operate this site. These providers may receive standard request metadata (such as IP address, browser, and referring page) in the course of delivering their services. We do not sell personal information.
